Payments terms: - payment is by either credit or debit card. If orders are to be paid by any other means, then the purchaser should deal directly with MAG Orthotics Ltd by email, phone, fax or post.
Prices: All prices on this website do not include V.A.T., shipping or handling charges. These are added during the checkout process.
All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice and those charged will be the ruling at the time of dispatch.

1. Website Order Cancellation Policy

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number or date, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less all-shipping costs within 10 days.
2. Web Delivery Policies
Most of our UK & European deliveries are sent by courier and they will require a signature to accept delivery. Please consider your delivery address and availability when placing the order. You may incur additional delays and have to pick your parcel up from a depot should you miss the initial delivery. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that any product you order from us reaches you in perfect condition, MAG Orthotics Ltd will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage of goods. This is covered by the insurance that is included in the delivery charge. Please contact us if there is a problem at sales@magorthotics.com
If for whatever reason other than any cause beyond MAG Orthotics Ltd control and the delivery fails to get to the delivery address that you supplied us with, then MAG Orthotics Ltd will replace the goods to the equal value including the delivery and other associated costs.
When placing an order with us you will receive an order acknowledgement as well as a shipment confirmation which should enable you to track your order.
3. How long will it take?
Please note that the daily cut off time for orders to be processed is 1 pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next Working Day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
All delivery dates quoted are approximate only.
"Days" are based on Working Days and therefore exclude weekends and public holidays. E.g. an order placed before 1pm on a Friday for UK standard delivery will be delivered anytime between Monday and Wednesday.

5. International Deliveries
It is the responsibility of the overseas customer to arrange the transport or courier and any insurance required. The customer is responsible to pay for any tax, duty, handling and clearance charges specific to the country of import. We may be able to suggest international couriers and offer quotations.
6. Delivery to PO Box addresses
As we require a proof of receipt we do not currently send orders to PO Box addresses.
7. Lost and Missing Deliveries
In spite of all our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery.
If you believe the delivery is severely overdue, please send our Customer Services an email at: sales@magorthotics.com and we will take appropriate action. (Please include the Order Number) or alternatively you can call Customer Services from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 4.30 pm (GMT) +44 (0) 1246 855333
7.1. Shipping Policies
MAG Orthotics Ltd reserves the right to change shipping rates without notice.
Should your order contain an item which becomes out of stock, a customer representative will be in touch with you to resolve the issue. If we can’t find a replacement item, the in-stock items will be shipped as requested and you will be notified when the back order items are back in stock. You can cancel the remainder of your order at any stage by emailing us at sales@magorthotics.com

9. Law and Jurisdiction
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law to the exclusion of its conflict of law rules. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
